Not too bad. Staff gave mixed messages about appointments and arrangements about clinics which varied.

Care today was exceptionally helpful and effective. I was in the dispensary. My reason for being unlikely to recommend this procedure is that it is virtually impossible to see a doctor. I object to being questioned in detail by a receptionist - nice as they are. I dread having a bout of depression as I wouldn't come with you system at all.

Dr Webster knows what he is doing and helps me when I see the day clinic they don't know my history is, I think when you need to see him not a nurse the appointment is ridiculous.

My care have never been an issue but over the years I feel the personal touch has disappeared. Some of our ailments can be helped by just knowing people care! I feel that nobody is to blame just the amount of patients you have to see! Well done as I know you do get people complaining!
