My appointment was very quick.
I found Dr Culshaw really lovely, friendly and human!
On calling first thing this morning I was originally told there were no appointments - then told that I was very lucky as receptionist managed to find me an appointment - I found this a bit off.

Managed to get an appointment this morning which is good. I have always been given an appointment when I come at 8-30 am.
