When I ring receptionist always says what's the problem on telephone, think it's good that it' now what's the problem or is it personal. Urine samples given told wrong information.

Nurses excellent - always friendly and helpful. Could do with more disabled parking. Appointments for doctors more readily available.

My care have never been an issue but over the years I feel the personal touch has disappeared. Some of our ailments can be helped by just knowing people care! I feel that nobody is to blame just the amount of patients you have to see! Well done as I know you do get people complaining!
