Your practice Rurass was not helpful and sometimes rude. Setting an appointment to get to see or approach a doctor nearly impossible, having to wait weeks to see a doctor. Car parking impossible.

Managed to get an appointment this morning which is good. I have always been given an appointment when I come at 8-30 am.

Very helpful staff and very friendly. Like the idea of same day clinic with nurses. Waiting times could be improved, but it's understandable it's sometimes unavoidable.
