I do get a phone call back usually, but I haven't seen Dr Culshaw since before COVID. Also, I don't think one doctor should be over seeing all the nurses, information could be lost when going backwards and forwards. I was getting a lot of headaches, and I asked could co-codamol help, and I was prescribed them, and after suffering for days with a constant searing pain, to be told the co-codamol was the cause.

I'm not sure, the doctor who prescribed them was from another surgery. So many people are looking at patients notes, so they can't go back through them all, there's no time.I also have an ongoing problem with the corners of my mouth, very sore.I've had ointment and bloods done, I'm having blood taken again next week, I wonder why a swab can't be taken to see just what the problem is, as it keeps flaring up.

Easy to get appointment on line ,got call back & appointment for next day Quick time in seen by nurse ,doctor called in for examination, prescription given & tests arranged .

If urs later in the day you won't get an appointment but often you will get a call back and a prescription and advuce

The waiting time on the phone is to long if t could leave your number and get a call back that would be better the only problem I see is by the time the call back comes all the appointments will be gone.Even if you ring at dead on 8 the appointments are gone

I feel my answers were not listened to properly to question asked I dint get to speak to triage a message was passed onto me by someone else which I find not good I was told my symptoms suggest I have diverticulitis,which in my phone call for an appointment I percifficly said I had been told I had severe diverticulitis so I was clearly not listened t o, I ask if I could have a moviprep to empty my bowels as I was starting to feel very full again and would have liked to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and actually listening to me not happy about this system was given something for cramps and bloating not what I felt I needed
