I came in for the 3 year health check and saw Tanya. She was very personable and listened to what I had to say, even when I interrupted her. My memory is not good and occasionally I have to speak before I forget. She answered all of my questions and more. Tanya did not rush me, especially when I was confused and dealt with all my information in a professional manner. The young lady at reception was also pleasant and polite and helped me with my queries efficiently.

Care is very good and everyone very kind. I do wish I could see my own doctor sometimes, the clinics are very good, but meeting with the doctors is often very fleeting!

I was seen promptly. I thought I was going to see a doctor only but it was a nurse led clinic which in the past I have been disappointed with but in this occasion I felt I was given sufficient time to explain my problems. The doctor also took his time and I felt I was listened to. Overall a good experience.
