My care from the doctors has always been good. The only bad thing I can say is about getting an appointment. A few weeks ago I had to ring on 3 separate occasions for the telephone to be answered. That is not good enough.

No problem getting an appointment (never do). Very friendly and helpful! - Reduce waiting times (if ever possible).

Gins in dis are lovely. Jodie is very helpful. Carol too. More appointments would be good with own GP.

From reception staff to doctors and the lovely nurse I saw today I received excellent care. Staff are professional but friendly and never make you feel like an inconvenience. I felt genuinely cared about today. I can always see someone or talk to someone when I need. Thank you all so much. I know not all surgeries.

Personally feel that the level of care and service has gone from this practice over the last 2 yrs since is got bigger and bigger. Seeing a doctor is a nightmare. When I brought my daughter her 6 weeks ago bleeding from her back passage no-one even looked at her properly - the just advised Calpol which was not the answer. We then had to come back which wasted another apt and now are under the Q.E under going treatment which she needed on the first apt I will be moving practices when possible!
