Staff are usually very friendly and helpful, the appointments system has improved since introduction of 'triage' system but still not easy to get appointment.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Need to improve waiting time because you get booked for one time and get to see someone in different time.

Receptionist was professional and courteous and clearly informed me that a doctor would contact me by 6:30 p.m. (this is relevant to the 7th of December) The doctor did call well before the time indicated. She was professional, polite and agreed to write a prescription for me to collect.

Was sceptical about seeing a nurse instead of doctor but the experience was very reassuring. I would have no problem doing the same in the future.

Extremely impressed with appointment availability, and on arrival I had a wait time of just 4 minutes and was seen. Great time keeping.
