we unfortunately due to ill health need to use the surgery too often .last visit yesterday booked appointment by phone no problems . a delay to appointment time but surgery was obviously very busy and apologies were made. saw nurse first and following checks doctor called in to prescribe. both were considerate and took time to deal properly with my wife's syntoms and queries.

I,needed a same day appointment,which I was given at the same day clinic,which is run by nurse practioners,over seen by a docters,lfound this a good system as u can get an apointment most times which works for me, and gave me the answers I was looking for.

Staff are usually very friendly and helpful, the appointments system has improved since introduction of 'triage' system but still not easy to get appointment.
