Had to wait about 20 minutes hanging the phone in a queue to get through to the surgery. Once connected the member of staff was polite and advised me that I would get a phone call later in the day. This did happen and an appointment was arranged for the next day.

With so many patients you would need a magic wand. I was happy with the whole procedure.

Carol made us feel welcomed and valued. She explained her thinking about her diagnosis and why she had arrived at it. We felt fully involved in the process.

There was nothing that I feel could have been done better.
