I had to wait for 30 minutes as the nurse was running that late and my appointment was at 9.30! Also the nurse did not know anything about the disease that I have so therefore was a hard task for her to do a medication review on myself. Also I just felt that she was a messenger between the doctor and myself by keep nipping out. It would have been less time consuming to have spoken to the doctor myself.
I gave these answers because I was very pleased with the way I got a appointment and the nurse was very thoroughi felt a lot better just talking about my situation thank you
I came for my COVID injection, but I have been trying to get appointments for breast pain and rash, also specsavers told me to see doctor over eye problem, but just asked to ring back next day
A triage appointment was booked online. Receptionist phoned back and made a telephone consultation appointment. A nurse called mid-afternoon. However, she hadn't familiarised herself with my notes and photos submitted. She then had to refer to a doctor and said she would phone me back. This didn't happen.
I went on the surgery message board the following day (today) but nothing there. So I left a message telling them the situation and that I was disappointed. A doctor finally messaged me midday today.
Very disillusioned with the service!
I have usually been fortunate to get an appointment but I am having difficulty in getting an appointment for the flu jab.
