I am a new patient to NB and I am well impressed with the service I have been getting from you on each visit staff always very helpful.
Extremely easy to get the appointment, the nurse I saw “Carol” was professional, kind, caring, informative and most importantly had time for me. I didn’t feel rushed.
This appointment from start to finish was fantastic
I’m not complaining because it it what it is but it’s taken me 3 weeks to actually get to see someone .
I realise there’s not so many staff/doctors in relation to patients these days

This requires technology and internet access. Without which it is not possible to do do.
Unclear why we never received a flu jab invitation.
Rang surgery to enquire about flu jabs
Waited in queue for 15 minutes and when I was the next call I was suddenly cut off needless to say I was not happy
Went to chemist to pick up prescription and was asked if I wanted flu jab which I received straight away
Had a call from Sarah the diabetic nurse next day
