It's difficult to book an appointment on a day that suits me. The same day appointment system is of almost no use to me. Fortunately there are Saturday appointments but sometimes 2 or 3cweeks out. I've had false appointment made, physiotherapist not showing up, poor receptionist issue.

Recognise that your mistakes cause clients to have time/cost implications. I'm tired of reading/hearing about the cost of a missed appointment to you/NHS. You've demonstrated poor service in so many ways. Speak with clients, understand failings, plan to avoid them, improve.

Only in for annual Flu vaccination and arrived early and was treated straight away well before my actual appointment time

So hard now days to get an appointment with the volume of people.

More doctor on site so more people can be dealt with.

The system seems to be missing communications within, one nurse said we could not have a Tel appointment another said we could. Another time I was told she would ring back TWICE never happened not good BUT the reason I am giving a good report overall is because one of the nurses rang me back and got me a Tel appointment. Yes she did give me her name but I just think someone should get the job under control Thank you John Hunt
