Receptionists so friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Whilst I do miss the Doctor/Patient relationship, I think the triage system is useful. However, when completing the triage request on line I did get a little concerned because my symptoms suggested I needed urgent attention and to call 111. However when I spoke to the surgery and completed the triage form, I wasn't given the impression I needed immediate help, but received a call and an appointment was arranged. Thankfully the symptoms I had were not serious and the nurse I saw (sorry forgotten her name), was really nice. .

I am new to the practice, but so far very happy.
