Because my experience was good
Suggested improvements
Offering brief telephone appointments as an option would be good. Sometimes, it's not necessary to come in but speaking with someone to request clarification / referral letters/ discuss a problem would be useful and save both patient and clinic time

Appointments are done by filling a triage form in online, haven’t been able to ring up for an appointment.

Took a long time to come back to me after triage, I had to call back to get an appt for my daughter. Reception also needs more than one person on it as you can queue for ages if you need to go to reception
