Times of appointment were not very flexible.

I came into the surgery, after taking a day off to attend. When I got home I was sent a text message asking me to give a blood pressure reading. If someone could have told me whilst I was still at the surgery, it would have been convenient.

I was called and offered a telephone appointment.

Nothing could have improved, I was perfectly happy with the Pharmacist’s consultation.

Although it sometimes takes 10/15 minutes to get through on the telephone to book an appointment the end result is very good. I'm just finding it a little hard to adjust to the modern ways in which the practise now works. However, I am very happy with the service.

Bring back how the practice used to be before all of the changes. But, because of the number of patients that the practise have to deal with this will never happen.

Fairly good but had to wait a long time for the doctor to clans check the results for a 10 minute appointment it took the nurse to go and find the doctor in all 25 minutes shame

The doctor lead clinic is fine but to wait and then the nurse had to go and find him bit of a let down
