I came to the surgery yesterday (21st) and received amazing care and service at a very stressful time. I was seen by Carol who was amazing, reassuring bur also honest and realistic.

Nothing was very happy with the service I received In your list of conditions below - you could be more inclusive as I have MS but it is not listed but is most definitely long term!

I phoned about medication that is not now available and was told my query would be passed to another team. No discussion, no politeness and no indication as to when I would hear anything. Another matter.... I should have had a review in 2022.... No contact regarding this!

I have not yet tried to get an appointment either by phone or seeing the receptionist

I had to wait 5 days to get my medication changed
