Tried to get appointment Monday for very swollen face was told they wasn't taking appointments that day tried again Tuesday they said it was dental so couldn't help ended coming into surgery an spoke reception who went to see doctor and prescribed some stron pain killers it took me 3 hours to get this sorted as I was told to ring 111 they made appointment at walk in wisbech who then rang me to say they couldn't do anything wasn't happy at I was in agony

Well sorted it sooner and people you speak to should no dentist can't prescribe pain killers I was talking as strong ones you can buy over counter which I told them

Tried to get appointment for my mother without success. Only via other treatment was she referred direct to a doctor.

Take my mother's dementia into account when asking for samples, blood pressure checks, etc.

Can't get through on the phone but the triage is brilliant the online form. Just feel like I'm walking in to a nut home at times if I attend later on in the day. There needs to be a place for mental health as every one seems to have it now.

Nothing, all staff are fantastic.
