If you book online it is long winded if you try phoning you can be in a long queue
There are no appointments when you manage to get through. I have stopped calling the surgery. I complete the online triage.
I do worry for some elderly people who may be unable to access help from a GP due to not having/being able to use the internet.
Very sad, I fear a case too many people in the town, not enough resources, the surgery is overstretched.
The staff are always polite and helpful.
Done a Triage form and was contacted within 10 minutes.
Telephoned to speak to a doctor or clinician about my medication but she said no one was available and that she could sort out my problem .when I declined her offer she became insistent I could not speak to anybody
I did eventually get a call two days later from The pharmacist
Arranging an appraisal/appointment over the telephone was very easy and only took a short time. Telephone staff were friendly, helpfull and professionaland explained what was to happen next. The access to the surgery was very easy. The surgery was very clean with no clutter. Hand sanitisers worked. My appointment was on time, with no waiting. Staff were very friendly, well presented, professional and very helpfull. My condition was explained to me along with the next stage of my treatment. When I asked about the staffing and changes to the surgery they were explained to me so that I an confident and happy with them. Although one dislikes going to the doctors I found my experience very pleasing and I now look forward to my follow on appointment.
