Warm and understanding discussion, advice and response to my situation by Dr Culshaw clear direction given for treatment and follow up care. Improvement. Admin staff should not give feedback regarding test results as a recent feedback was not relevant as it was for a previous result - this therefore impaired and could easily have made me complaint with regards to my follow up appointment- I may not have returned to the complaint with regards to my follow up appointment -in fact I may not have returned to the surgery resulting in a failed diagnosis. I do not believe admin should give results as the wrong result was given to me.
