I fully understand the constraints since covid but trying to get a new appointment at the surgery is not good. No luck via telephone and the on line triage system is not designed well, not sure many elder patients would be able to use it. I have not had a proper face to face medication review for years. If you look at the amount of medication in packets, on the pharmacy shelves I would imagine nobody has and millions of pounds could be saved if proper reviews were conducted. I do not believe the patient care is as good as it was three years ago, for new health issues. However I received fantastic nurse care after a scheduled operation and I thank you for that. If I feel unwell and have fears of a health issue then an appointment with my DR should be available on line as it used to be or telephone appointment. Thank you for this opportunity.

Suggested improvements
It is not a question of what you could do better, the nurses service is great. It is the first point of contact that leaves a lot to be desired. It should be easier, slicker and best for the surgery and patients.
