Not sure why I was first called but missed the call as work in a school. Spent 30 minutes on hold after text to say call back only for staff to not see why I was called. Surgery called back the following week to say come in for heart monitor but again no idea why. nothing on my notes explained it when I asked as I was having it fitted. Previous ecg in surgery was clear. Service by staff was good but just don't understand why the heart monitor was requested and not usually followed up with clear explanation unless I make contact and chase up.
