It took me 4 phone calls to get my treatment despite it being urgent. Once the treatment was agreed the service was excellent. It seems that the administration of appointments is the issue. To be told I was 16 on a waiting list until it was given an urgent priority, to then be told that I was number 1 but no procedures were planned for over a month, seems irresponsible. I wonder what happened to the other 15 people. Once I was given an appointment, the treatment was excellent.

Suggested improvements
Try to perform treatments as and when required rather than leave people waiting in pain until it is deemed to perform procedures in one session. My injection took around 15 mins to complete and I am sure that I am not the only patient in the same position. I am also aware that my view may be considered simplistic and that the practice and the sector is under extreme pressure, but sometimes thinking outside the box is worth doing
