I filled in a triage form on the website and was contacted after an hour and offered an appointment with a nurse. Kate was lovely and dealt with my problem efficiently and I was very happy to see a nurse instead of a doctor for my illness.

The appointment was 30 minutes late but I appreciate that cannot always be avoided. An apology was given.
