I rang at 8am convinced that I'd be waiting ages on hold to get through. I suffer with anxiety and had recently come out of hospital. I was convinced that I still had a chest infection despite antibiotics at the hospital. The receptionist spoke with me promptly, I wasn't holding on the phone for very long at all. I felt listened to and was more than pleased with the service from North Brink. A GP contacted me within the hour and prescribed me another course of antibiotics and a course of steroids. Thank you for listening to me and making my experience far easier than expected. I'm very grateful.

Suggested improvements
Although I have been helped greatly, I was only texted by the GP. I would have liked to actually speak to a doctor. But I understand you are all busy.
