I have been forced to make an official complaint due to a system that the secretaries are forced to follow. This should be a matter of record and is relating to the same ongoing problem to my recent visit. Despite the complaint having been acknowledged long before the 28 day response promise nothing has been fed back or actioned. As a result this recent need for prescription and additional request has been ignored. Frankly I don't know how the practice is able to get away with the standards of performance it judges itself on compared to other practices. My next course of action will inevitably lead me to pursue NHS England to escalate a matter that should have been dealt with over the phone in 2 minutes months ago...

Suggested improvements
Followed your own complaints procedure. Applied common sense in the first place. Put the onus in patient care and cost management rather than tick box mentality. Care, in what should be a caring profession.
