Have to be ready to wait around on the phone or try to fill out extremely long and annoying form (my NHS number would give most of the answers & why ask twice for my age )

Discuss with me what and why, an assumption has been made as to my condition with out consultation.Just because I think I know what it might be does not make it so! Sending texts does not mean they are seen! There was no explanation of anything and I nearly took the new prescription along with existing treatment.. fortunately my wife read the leaflet
