I never received an appointment instead I was palmed off with steroids, which was the last thing I wanted. I find the appointment form too lengthy and you don't have any options to state whether you actually want to speak to a person or have an appointment. I did have an appointment a week prior before my condition worsened and I must say that the doctor didn't listen to me and was very unhelpful. He must have barely said anything to me. The nurse however was very empathetic and helpful. I also waited over 15 minutes for my appointment as they were running late. Since covid the surgery has really lacked in communication and being helpful or getting medications right or even having medications available. Such a Shame it hasn't regained its swift booking service in person, over the phone and online after covid. The surgery and new booking system are really lacking personabililty.

Suggested improvements
Asked if I wanted to speak to someone. Not rush appointments. Ask the patient qhst they want or actually pay attention to what they're telling you they want.
