It is not always possible to call the surgery, or to use the online service between the hours of 8 - 8.30. The ability to, at the least, request an appointment could be open and available during the surgery opening hours and this could include the ability to request an appointment at the reception desk. Please remember that deaf patients often can’t use a phone service and many patients can’t use the on line service.

North Brink is a large surgery, being pre advised of the consulting room to be used, and its location, would allow patients with mobility issues to better choose where to park or be drop off and which entrance to use.
