Took time to get appointment with a nurse or Dr that understood my particular medical issues but once actually seeing Julie Garner she was very helpful, listening to my issues and agreeing to try and support in doing something to help.She was quick to get back to me on issues she had to look into. Although I didn't see Dr Culshaw she suported Julie in decisions and getting back to me. Much better interaction.

Getting appointment quicker with a particular medical person &access to Dr Culshaw directly would be better as then you'd have consistent care from someone who knows you and medical issues.
