From the professionalism and cheeryness of the telephonist, receptionist and dispensing staff. This is the best surgery I have ever known. Better than even the private sector keep up the good work dispensary ladies- Those that moan obviously have only ever known the NHS or this surgery- other cheery services are available- Believe me.
