My response was dealt with by a text message. I had zero involvement in my care. I couldn’t even get to speak to anybody, let alone see somebody face to face. I have been prescribed a medication that isn’t what I need and if I had been seen face to face I don’t believe this would have been prescribed. I can’t believe that in 2023, healthcare consultations are now done by text. I think it’s a very poor service.

Spoken to me on the phone at the very least. I think I needed to be seen in person as I think somebody needed to see my problem in person.
