I was feeling really poorly and had been putting off making an appointment but by Monday I knew I had to. I used the klinik triage service and half an hour later was offered an appointment. I was seen on time and the practitioner I saw was very kind, caring and professional. Just what you need when you’re feeling rubbish! Thank you.

Sometimes I feel the klinik triage system doesn’t ask the right questions or provide the right answer options. However overall I think it’s a great system.
