I think the appointment system needs re looking at as there never seems to be a doctors appt. available. I do think the walk-in clinic is a good idea for new problems. Even though it is hard to get an appt the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. Anna explained the different options for appts - booking. Anna was a helpful young lady.
