Had mild asthma problem. Could not get any appointment on computer for at least two weeks. Went to reception at 08.00, 30th April receptionist listened carefully, offered appointment to see nurse at 08.30 and even confirmed my presence on computer, excellent. Saw nurse/status unknown to me, Kim, excellent listened carefully too, responded sympathetically, Ably gave practical advice for now and future also gave me prescription - taken straight to dispensary - excellent. Swift outstanding service - within three quarter hour. I dealt with three areas to my total satisfaction. Everyone going to room two walks past the waiting area because they do not realize that they should stop there. Website on cover of this sheet didn't get me there.
