The form to fill in for an appointment is too long. The call back system is a joke.....you don't know when or even if it's going to happen and then the suggestions made are also a joke because if you question it you are told let me speak to someone and I will call you back.... again and again!

Let us speak to a real person in the beginning and then let us actually see a medical professional as opposed to being fobbed off
