I don’t like the triage system. I would like to just call & make an appointment. I understand why you have to use this system. Im grateful to the NHS

I’m my opinion I didn’t need to be seen, it was a waste of your valuable time, it is a chest infection, all the symptoms, I think a phonecall or a chemist could have easily given me the antibiotics. I appreciate you seeing me but I’m sure your time is better spent on someone else who needed advice or you getting a well needed coffee break.
