On my last appointment I see one of the nurses in room 12 and it felt like she wasn't interested one bit and the things I was asking her about my health problems she was giving me answers very ignorantly and I wanted to see the doctor who pops in to the room sometimes but she went out to him and it was dr Webster who was on at the time and I had just come from dermatologist at kings Lynn hospital telling me to see a doctor to get some health things sorted but obviously in this appointment I couldn't as the nurse wasn't interested and didn't agree with what dermatologist had just told me about health she didn't look at the computer to see all my other issues with my health and why i have been going up there lately so appointment was a waste of time. My opinion is this new set up is rediculous where you see a nurse and I think you should be able to see your own doctor quicker than what they can do it as after walking out of appointment with nurse I booked a appointment straight away with dr Webster but earliest I could have is 2 weeks time so I have taken that it's dreadful they have taken on too many patients at the surgery for what they can deal with and the patients what have been there all there life are now not seeing there own doctors because of it and it used to be called your family gp not now and it don't feel like it either I wouldn't tell anyone to join this doctors at the moment how it is and there should be more receptionists on where you have to cue to get appointment and sort prescriptions and other issues out not just 1 I felt sorry for her with the cue she had and this was at 12:05 pm but the doctors surgery looks a lot better and very clean there's no problems there the cleaners do a very good job.
