It's difficult to book an appointment on a day that suits me. The same day appointment system is of almost no use to me. Fortunately there are Saturday appointments but sometimes 2 or 3cweeks out. I've had false appointment made, physiotherapist not showing up, poor receptionist issue.

Suggested improvements
Recognise that your mistakes cause clients to have time/cost implications. I'm tired of reading/hearing about the cost of a missed appointment to you/NHS. You've demonstrated poor service in so many ways. Speak with clients, understand failings, plan to avoid them, improve.
