It felt like I was just brushed off to minor injuries when suffering with a potential throat infection (something I would not consider to be a minor injury). I do not think that this response fulfills the surgeries duty of care.

The time taken from filling in the triage and receiving a telephone response was too long in my opinion. if I was to be "referred" to minor injuries then waiting to tell me until 4pm was completely unhelpful.
