The nurse practitioner was very friendly, supportive and seemed to really care about my problem. The DR saw me promptly and again was helpful and caring towards me. The only issue is time keeping - mostly always a delay and waiting time not sure that this would ever change!? -Access is a real problem for pushchairs etc (too many stairs).
