Extremely difficult to contact this surgery unless you are registered for internet access. I personally do not use a computer and have to rely on others for anything 'online' - not good when my health is the subject. Have tried to day to order a repeat prescription but am completely unable to do so as I have no 'username or password' (& cannot contact the surgery to get one) and no 'green slip' so cannot even order it in the little box or by post! They used to have a telephone service for repeat prescriptions but this was apparently discontinued at the start of this month. How am I supposed to obtain the medication I need now that the telephone service has been discontinued? And why, oh why, do they assume that everyone is computer literate and can do everything 'online'
