New prescription ordering system doesn't work for anyone that works, doesn't have internet access, poor literacy etc. No longer get to see my own doctor so no continuity of care. Have made appointment to see a doctor and not got to see one even though had cooperate appointment to see doctor after seeing nurse practitioner on the morning and come back for an afternoon appointment. Not enough reception staff so long queues! Lovely staff, poor organisation.
