Friendly staff, good care.
I like the computer screen to book arrival but perhaps it should be rewarded so it's obvious the computer is recording your arrival for am appointment with Mrs Jane Smith.
At present it reads as if the computer thinks I am Mrs Jane smith confusing!
Very good doctor who does not rush you.

- The time that is allocated for clients to phone regarding prescription is rather short 9-11 am.
Its almost impossible to call you if you have part time and cannot use your phone during this time.
- When phoning reception it takes a long time for them to answer the phone. In the past few months I have rung for at least four minutes before its answered. Thank you.

Unable to arrange appt over phone for same day, which was urgent. Presented myself at surgery and was able to see duty doctor within less than one hour. A satisfactory outcome.
Thank you for your feedback. We have made some changes to our appointment system to help deal with workload, for patients to plan their appointments and those who need to be seen that day. You can still book advance appointments for routine reviews or follow ups, but we also now have an emergency clinic for anyone who urgently needs to be seen on that day. We will be monitoring this closely.
