prescription telephone line could be open for longer

Thank you for your feedback. We have discussed this as a Practice and it was decided that due to the every increasing workload in the dispensary the staff need time to dispense the medication when the telephone line is not open. I hope that you understand we need to make sure that no errors are made.

Everything was good from start to finish. The staff are extremely professional, considerate and most accommodating when it comes to arranging appointments etc. Both my husband and I have been totally supported through our illnesses.

Doctors very good and understanding but the woman on the pharmacy is very abrupt and can be rude at times I know people that have said the same but not had the nerve to complain.
