More money to support all surgeries is needed.
After being asked to leave the consulting room before I had finished discussing all my issues because he had other patients to see, he followed up with two phone calls over the coming week then told me to make another appointment! Surely another two minutes spent discussing my other issue in the first place would have saved the two phone calls and an extra appointment?
Very anxious about going again now, don't feel comfortable at all. Feel as though I have no support now!
This surgery has seriously gone down hill in the last few months. I'm considering leaving if today doesn't go well.

I was outraged today whilst in consultation with my GP, that when I went on to discuss my next issue, I was told it would have to wait as our time was up! I tried again saying I would be quick but was asked again to leave as our time was up! Flabbergasted!

The doctor I saw was very patient and took time to listen to me. She went through all options with me and explained it to me easily so that I understood it all clearly and she treated me like an individual and made me feel important.
