I find that the surgery tries its hardest to promote health and wellbeing, however it is not the practice that wants to improve but the patients. There is a wealth of information available within the waiting room but unfortunately it is not read because the majority of patients spend all of their time looking into their mobile phones and are totally oblivious to the information surrounding them that is there for their benefit!

The nurse could not have been more helpful or personable. I felt able to discuss my needs in detail with the knowledge that she would give me advice and sensitively deal with my issues.

Leah very professional(the nurses) and put me at ease. Had time to answer any questions and good communication throughout the procedure.
