I waited over a week for an appointment, unfortunately Dr Foster was not available, so I took the appointment with Dr Ware. I had a review (6 monthly) I was very disappointed. I didn't feel as though she was interested in what I had to say how I felt, that her interpretation of my blood results was sufficient. I feel as though I had a wasted visit.

Leah is really good at explaining what is going on with treatment and speaks clearly and honestly which is refreshing. She is clearly very knowledgeable about care/patient experience.
