I find that the surgery tries its hardest to promote health and wellbeing, however it is not the practice that wants to improve but the patients. There is a wealth of information available within the waiting room but unfortunately it is not read because the majority of patients spend all of their time looking into their mobile phones and are totally oblivious to the information surrounding them that is there for their benefit!
