I find everyone at this surgery very focused, engaged and compassionate from the medical staff through to receptionists. The whole set up is very patient orientated provideing some complimentary therapies such as physio and western acupuncture. They run at least 2 walk-in surgeries per week, which is very convenient and means short waiting times. There is a specialist service for over 75s with a dedicated care co-coordinator. The clinics are all very well run and it is terrific to have so many services available in one place it harks back to the traditional family doctor days. Many friends have transferred here on my recommendation in the last 2 years If all GP surgeries were this good the NHS would be in a better situation as fewer people would need to visit A & E for routine matters.

I am very happy with every aspect of the surgery's services, and particularly like the 'walk-in', no appointment required service offered twice a week. I find Online prescriptions fast and efficient, and GPs always willing to refer on to a consultant if necessary.

This GP surgery is outstandingly friendly and well organized. The Monday and Friday walk-in surgeries are a brilliant concept as it means patients using this service for minor ailments and advice free up booked appointments for other patients. All the reception staff are very helpful and it is not too difficult to get through by telephone to make appointments etc. I can really recommend Mocketts Wood surgery.

A clean practice recently refurbished, friendly efficient staff, Doctors who know what their doing so you can trust their judgement advice.
